Thinking about what we want our own record label to be like, specifically what types of bands are signed, the logo characteristics, and other factors, we looked at current record labels that have signed bands similar to ours in terms of style and genre.
Fueled by Ramen
- Formed 1996
- Active Artists include: Cobra Starship, Fun., Ghost Town, Gym Class Heroes, Panic! at the Disco, Paramore, Rome, Travie McCoy, Twenty One Pilots.
- Subsidiary of Warner Music Group.
Wind-up Records
- Formed 1997
- Active Artists include: Evanescence, The Darkness, Civil Twilight, Young Guns and Seether.
- Wind-up is currently the largest independently-owned record label in the world.
Similarities:

Differences:
- Colour of logo
- Fueled By Ramen is a subsidiary, whereas Wind-up Records is independent
